How it works?
No ducts? No problem. The indoor unit is mounted in the room requiring heating and cooling. It is directly connected to a nearby, single outdoor unit.

With its adaptive inverter technology, a Daikin ductless system helps your room’s temperature stay comfortable and consistent. This ductless air conditioner and heat pump can be controlled by your Daikin ONE+, Daikin ONE Touch, or Daikin ONE Lite. You can also use a wireless remote or smartphone controls, depending on the model. Since there are no ducts, professional installation is often completed in just one day.

Multi-zone ductless
Daikin multi-zone ductless systems offer various indoor unit styles to meet your broader home comfort needs.

A single outdoor unit connects to multiple room-based mini-split units, which can be wall-, ceiling-, or floor-mounted. There are even special types of units that can be concealed in the ceiling or wall. And Daikin ductless heat pump and air conditioning systems are all electric and equipped with adaptive inverter technology, helping each room’s temperature stay consistent and comfortable year-round.



Ductless tax rebates: Inflation Reduction Act

Under the Inflation Reduction Act, the 19 Series, LV Series, Daikin OTERRA, Daikin AURORA, and the Daikin ATMOSPHERA, as well as other Daikin ductless single and multi-zone heat pump products may be eligible for up to a $2,000 tax credit* and may be combined with other utility and/or manufacturer rebates.

Single zone heat pump units cool or heat single areas, usually a single room, or home addition that lacks sufficient heating and cooling. It uses an outdoor unit connected to a single indoor unit.
